Caudill Seed Company (CSC), founded in 1947, is the basis for our expansion in to the health foods market. CSC began as a wholesale farm seed supply company and our continued growth has made us a major distributor of many types of seeds and associated product lines.

Over two decades ago, CSC began as an enterprise into the sale of seeds for production of edible sprouts, such as alfalfa, mung beans, clover, onion, and broccoli. The sprouting division now sells direct to commercial growers and we've become an international leader in the industry.

Prior to the Organic movement becoming popular, our sprouting customers expressed interest in chemical free seeds, beans, and grains , and this venture launched the Health Food Division at CSC, Whole Alternatives. We now source certified organic commodities worldwide.

As the demand for certified Organic products has intensified, Whole Alternatives is well positioned to expand our certified Organic Food Product offerings into the wholesaler, distributor, retailer, and manufacturer levels throughout the trade.

The evolution from seed, to sprouting, to growers, and to the consumer has been a natural progression for our company which continues the family tradition of fair business practices, competitive pricing, and outstanding service levels, which began over 60 years ago.
